Not satisfied with your order? We accept returns and exchanges within 14 days of receipt.

Return Conditions

• The product must be in its original, unused condition and in its original packaging.
• Opened flavor sachets are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.

How to proceed?

2. We will send you return instructions.
3. Once the return is received and verified, we will process your refund or exchange within 5 business days.
